HPO transformation: Guided transition to sustainable high performance

What does an HPO transformation entail?
- Comprehensive HPO diagnosis
We start with an online questionnaire and in-depth interviews, just like in our second offering. This step reveals both the strengths and HPO improvement areas of your organization. After the analysis, a workshop follows to develop strategies and action plans together with your team. - Training of HPO coaches
After the diagnosis, we train selected employees to become HPO coaches. These coaches are trained in the HPO framework and learn how to embed and support HPO improvement initiatives within the organization. - Review/Preview meetings
Every three months, we evaluate the progress and plan future actions during these meetings. This ensures that the transformation maintains momentum and that the organization consistently grows and adapts. - Follow-up HPO diagnosis
About one and a half to two years after the initial diagnosis, we conduct a second assessment. This is essential to evaluate the impact of the implemented changes and to continually identify new improvement areas, thereby setting in motion a cycle of continuous improvement.
