It begins with an in-depth evaluation, followed by active and continuous guidance in implementing improvements. What does our HPS Transformation Program entail?
- Comprehensive HPS diagnosis
We start with an online questionnaire and in-depth interviews, similar to our second offering. This step reveals both the strengths and areas for improvement in your educational institution. Following the analysis, a workshop is held to develop strategies and action plans with your team. - Training of HPS Coaches
After the diagnosis, we train selected staff members to become HPS Coaches. These coaches are trained in the HPS framework and learn how to lead and support improvement initiatives within the educational institution. - Review/Preview meetings
Every three months, we evaluate progress and plan future actions during these meetings. This ensures that the transformation maintains momentum and that the educational institution continues to grow and adapt. - Follow-up HPS diagnosis
About one and a half to two years after the initial diagnosis, we conduct a second assessment. This is essential to evaluate the impact of the implemented changes and to continually identify new areas for improvement, thus setting in motion a cycle of continuous improvement.
